The Great Gate Company Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information that The Great Gate Company collects and how that information is used. Personal information is collected and used only in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

1. When you purchase or make an enquiry about products or services, we store your name,  contact details and your expressed interest in products in an electronic database.   We will use this database to send you information,  including our regular newsletter together with other information and special offers that we think might be of interest to you either by mail or email.   If you do not wish to receive information from us,  please let us know and your details will be stored only for the purpose of completing an order.

2. The database is stored on a stand alone computer.   Your information is not shared with any other third parties for any purpose whatsoever. If you do not wish to receive any information from us, please send us an email with the heading 'UNSUBCRIBE'  and your details will be deleted from our database.

3. . If you wish to change the kind of product information that you are receiving from  us, please telephone or email us stating the kinds of information that you wish to receive and whether or not you wish this to be sent by mail or email.

4.  Financial information such as credit or debit card details are not stored and all on line transactions are handled by third party payment gateways.   If you pay by credit or debit card  over the telephone, your details will be submitted for processing to third party gateways and once the transaction is complete, they will be destroyed. 

5 If you wish to make changes to your name or contact details, please telephone or email us advising of the changes required.

6. Information on the database is protected by password and is only accessible to the Directors of The Great Gate Company and used for the purposes of updating details, contacting you or sending you information that may be of interest.
